Get in touch
The fastest way to reach the Ireland Pay Calculator team is by email. We aim to reply to every legitimate enquiry within a few working days, though we are a small team and busy periods (like the days right after the annual Budget) sometimes mean a slower response.
What to include
To help us reply quickly, please include as much of the following as is relevant:
- The page or calculator you're writing about (URL or name)
- The inputs you used โ for example, your gross salary or hours per week (do not send personal information you'd rather keep private; rough figures are usually enough)
- What you expected to see versus what the calculator showed
- The browser and device if it's a technical issue (e.g. "Safari on iPhone")
We're especially grateful for corrections. If a payslip number doesn't match our output, the most likely causes are: a non-standard tax credit, a Week 1 / Month 1 basis, a Class S PRSI (self-employed) record, or a salary sacrifice / pension scheme not reflected in our simple inputs. We'll explain which one applies.

What we can't help with
We get a fair number of messages that fall outside what a calculator site can do, so it's worth saying up front:
- Individual tax advice. We can't tell you how to file your Form 12, whether to elect joint assessment, or how a specific benefit-in-kind will appear on your record. For that, the right place is Revenue.ie, your employer's payroll team, or a qualified tax adviser.
- Disputes with your employer. If you believe you've been underpaid, paid less than minimum wage, or unfairly dismissed, the Workplace Relations Commission is the body that handles these complaints in Ireland.
- Refund timing. If Revenue owes you a refund (for example after emergency tax), we can estimate the amount but only Revenue can tell you when it will land in your account.
- Job applications. We are not a recruitment agency and we don't post jobs.
For anything that genuinely needs personalised advice, please always speak to a qualified professional. We can only point you in the right direction.
